Indian women empowered: Recent move from the government of India will surely empower Indian women more choices to protect their reproductive right. Government will soon make injectable contraceptives available in a phased manner.
The injectable drug, Deoxy medroxyprogesterone acetate prevents pregnancy for three months. It`s injected into the arm or buttuck muscle. The drug has a female hormone that prevents release of the egg from the ovary.
This is the sixth form of contraceptive to be give free under the government program. Previous offers five birth control options are- female sterilization, male sterilization, IUD, condoms and pills-free of cost under the national family planning programme.
Best Wishes to the Indian government on such initiatives. Regards. Sunder Thadani.20161126.

Manage Stress: We all have a clearly measurable biological stress response that consists of elevation of several hormones in our body like noradrenaline and cortisol. One of the things that I am studying is how cortisol specifically affects decision-making. We do it by pharmacologically administering this hormone to people under a double-blind and place-be-controlled protocol – Gideon Nave. Regards. Sunder Thadani. 20161126.

Google Integration- Many of us use Google services for daily tasks such as Gmail, calendar, docs, chat, Chrome and so on. Chromebook comes with all these services built in and they work flawlessly. The taskbar in a Chromebook lets you access all the essential Google apps with just one tap. It even has the Good Assistant that you can call up by saying “OK Google”`. Your search for any query will show up in a browser. The Chromebook will also stay in sync with your Android phone or tablet that is configured with the same Google account- It`s a great way to keep data synced between devices. Chromebook natively support offline use of Gmail and Google docs. Sunder Thadani (for the info of members of sundercircle).

Shift YOur Focus Your life is a manifestation of the thoughts that go on in your head. If you want to change things, change the frequency of your thoughts.
“You may have seen if you throw a ball at at a dog, the dog will run after the ball, but if you throw anything at the lion, fire a bullet at him, he will not care for the bullet, he will not care for the abll, he will come and take hold of you. He goes to the thrower, not to the thrown”
Remind youself, again and again, of the beautiful lines ‘O heart, why do you worry? so what if difficulties have come your way, the remover of difficulties is not far away.” This is what Dad JP Vaswani said in a local newspaper, which is now reproduced for the information and benefit of the members of “sundercirlce”. we understand that to be successful is to arrive, to get somewhere; and so we worship success. We`re always thinking in terms of success, in terms of `more`, and the `more` is a relative idea dependent on what prevailing social norms consider to be respectable. If you do not live up to that societal, you are likely to be called a failure. But if you love to do something with all you being, you are then not concerned with success and failure. However, very few have the evolved perspective that allows them space to think this way. The whole concern of an intelligent person is to see things as they are and understand the problem- which is not necessarily about bracketing action in terms of being oriented towards success or failure. It`s only when we don`t really love what we`re doing, that we think in those terms. Didn`t a wise person say; “Success is a relative term; there`s nothing absolute about it?”
What we think of as success today might be thought of as failure in another time and situation and vice versa. It would be in our best interest to view both what we call success and failure as relative states and so treat both success and failure with equanimity.
Best Wishes

Hope is the spring board of all activity. A new hour, a new dawn and a new year,
all hold out hope. Hope can also spring forth in a manner that is unconnected with us.
A good turn of events for someone else can kindle hope in us. However,
hope could turn out to be a double-edged sword. Unfulfilled hope can be devastating,
as in business, love and competitive situations. Grief might blur one`s vision
but the flicker of hope helps us navigate the darkness of despair.
Unified mind is the key to peace, happiness and fullness. It can help us see t
he whole picture rather than get trapped in ephemeral details.
Not everyone might turn out to be a Beethoven or Stephen Hawking.
However, by not getting disheartened by setbacks and by finding ways to overcome
difficulties, we can learn to appreciated and enjoy whatever we have instead of calling it quits.
Best Wishes!

Be Grateful, Trust….In our lives, we experience a mixture of good and bad situations. Whenever we face any bad situation we curse, we accuse Gd with `why me`, `what was my mistake?`. But on the other hand if we are pleased at some moment, do we give thanks to God? Very rarely. Whereas we should. If you are feeling happy and satisfied then be as grateful you can. And if you in a bad situation don`t lose hope. Decide to trust God because everything happens for a reason. And He knows what your destiny is. At that point you will never understand God`s wisdom for allowing such things to happen. But you just have to trust his will. Instead of replace all complaints blame with appreciation and gratitude.
So, give abundance, give happiness, give respect, give love, give care, and you will be rewarded by much more of all these things. Whatever you give out, will inevitably returns to you- Asmita Pednekar. This article apperared in a local paper and now is reproduced for the information and benefit of the members of “sundercircle”. The 7 systems of balance:

The secret to a balanced life is in the balance of passion and structure.
The wonders of our age, all of the new ways to do things, all of the new ways to be in contact with others, the access to any and all sources of information, all of the new ways to travel, all these limitless opportunities make it possible for you to pursue your passion, your ideas, you interest, your love.

In pursuing our passion to be happy, we ultimately become unhappy. Why? The missing ingredient is balance. It is just how human beings are made. In order to be happy, your life must be balance. Otherwise your body and brain send you powerful signals, telling you that something is wrong. You see, your body and your brain are only trying to help you. The signals tell you that it is time to do something about the imbalance in your life or problems are sure to arise. Done in the right way, pursuing your passion can turn you on, it can lead you to new ground, and it can help you to realize your dreams.
Best wishes!
